Shipping and Return Policies -
By purchasing any item in our store and using BiltmoreLux.com, you agree to the terms below.
BiltmoreLux.com offers free standard shipping on all items.
If you are an international customer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set-up shipping arrangements BEFORE you purchase the item.
BiltmoreLux.com is open during normal business hours and ships only during these hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Arizona Time). BiltmoreLux.com does not staff for weekends or any nationally observed holidays. If a customer places an order on a weekend/holiday, the item will be prepared for shipment the very next business day. BiltmoreLux.com will attempt to accommodate any special requests for shipping however, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand our shipping procedures. A signature will be required on all shipments with an invoice price greater than $200 with no exceptions.
All items come with full comprehensive shipping insurance (Provided by UPS Capital insurance) for a complete peace-of-mind that your item is fully protected during the shipping process. You are covered for the full invoice price of the item up to $70k per single shipment. Any items over the $70k limit will be subject to additional insurance which will need to be provided by the customer before BiltmoreLux.com will ship the item.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping rates only. Shipment speed is determined by the carrier.
Shipping Carriers -
BiltmoreLux.com reserves the right to sole discretion over which shipping provider will be used to ship your item. Requests for specific shipping carriers or methods will not be accepted.
Tracking Numbers -
Tracking numbers for items shipped will be sent to the customer’s provided e-mail address on file. BiltmoreLux.com is not responsible for lost or misplaced tracking numbers or the tracking systems provided by 3rd party sites (example: http://www.usps.com) or the function and set-up of a customer’s e-mail system. If you do not have your tracking number, please contact customer service.
Expedited Shipping Requests -
If you wish to expedite your order, you will be prompted during the checkout process with two additional options for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping rates are based on the zip code entered by customer, weight/size of the item, and the carriers quoted rate for the item.
Return and Inspection Policy -
BiltmoreLux.com allows a 14 day inspection period on all items for customers to verify item’s condition, description, and authenticity from the day received (based on tracking information from shipping carrier). No items will be accepted for return after the 14 day period expires. The customer is responsible for verifying the purchase and contacting customer service for any issues regarding the item before the period expires. Refund for item(s) will be processed as soon as the item is received back in original condition. Return shipping will be deducted from final refund for any item returned outside of our authenticity guarantee.
Any tampering with an item after it has been received will NOT be eligible for return under any circumstance.
Credit to Your Account for Returns -
Money collected from the customer will be returned only after the item has been shipped back via our return form and the item has been inspected by the Biltmore Luxury Direct staff. Once the return process has been completed, Biltmore Luxury Direct will credit the payment method on file within 5 business days. The time it takes for credit to post to your account will be dependent on your financial institution.
Returning Your Item -
Biltmore Luxury Direct will only accept an item for return after the return process has been completed by the customer.
- Fill out the request for return form.
- Keep the original packaging and box.
- Once your request has been received, customer service will attempt to contact you via phone number and/or e-mail provided via the return form within 24 hours.
- Shipping arrangements will be set-up by Biltmore Luxury Direct and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label
- Return form submission must be time stamped before the end of the 14-day return period.
Authenticity Guarantee -
BiltmoreLux.com guarantees all items to be 100% authentic and all descriptions are accurate. BiltmoreLux.com will accept any return if an item received is faux or is not the item described in the detail page. Any items that are outside the authenticity guarantee or not an obvious listing error will be subject to the cost of shipping back to BiltmoreLux.com which will be deducted from the credit to the customer’s account on file.
Responsibilities of You the Customer -
You, the customer, are responsible for contacting customer service in a timely manner for any issues, questions, concerns, inquiries, and confirmation of the item authenticity, description, pictures, condition, or any other communication before you purchase the item. By purchasing the item you agree to all shipping, inspection, and return policies outlined above.
Biltmore Luxury Direct strongly urges a customer to contact us before any purchase is made to clarify any subjective nature of the items description, condition, and status before the item is purchased via our online store, auction, or any other buying format. Biltmore Luxury Direct reserves the right to cancel a sale or reject a request for any item, at any time, for any reason.
Items are sold “as is” and are pictured, listed, and described based on how Biltmore Luxury Direct obtained the item.
